Yes! Nutrition is a highly valuable tool to help you achieve the best possible results. You will recieve a customised nutrition guide together with your customised training program to ensure you attain your goal.

I do weekly check-ins, where you take weekly photos, measurements and bodyweight, which is tracked through your google sheets I send you to ensure you're accountable to your goals.

Total 60mins I advise all clients to warm up prior to their session time to take advantage of the full 60mins otherwise. Breakdown: 0-15mins - Warm Up: Mobility and Activation 15-60mins - Training Session

Yes, I offer online coaching and instead of face-to-face coaching, weekly 30mins skype calls to chat where we can discuss your training, nutrition and lifestyle to ensure you are getting the best out of your time with me.
